● 4 tickets in the event
● Your name on welcome banner
● Sponsorship logo (Small) included on event website and school website
● Sponsorship Logo (Small) included in “Thank you to our donors” slideshow and/or program during event
● Email and social media acknowledgement leading up to the event
● Post event thank you to our sponsors on social media, email to parents and donor network
● Listed as Sponsor for an aspect/service of the event (e.g. auction displays)
Grand Sponsorship – $2,500 (Maximum 3)
● 8 tickets
● Your Sponsorship announced at the event
● Your logo (Medium) on welcome banner
● Sponsorship Logo (Medium) included on event and school website
● Sponsorship Logo (Medium) included in “Thank you to our donors” slideshow and/or program during event
● Email and social media acknowledgement leading up to the event
● Post event thank you to our sponsors on social media, email to parents, staff and donor network
● Your Sponsorship name at catering stations
Ultimate Sponsorship – $5,000 (Maximum 1)
● 16 tickets
● Your Sponsorship announced at the event
● Sponsorship Logo (Large) on welcome banner
● Sponsorship Logo (Large) included on event and school website
● Sponsorship Logo (Large) included in “Thank you to our donors” slideshow and/or program during event
● Opportunity to provide a giveaway to use as a door prize
● Minimum of 3 email and social media acknowledgements leading up to the event
● Post event thank you to our sponsors on social media, email to parents, staff and donor network
General:
● If monitor is available, we will have all the sponsorship levels scrolling on TV
How to submit your sponsorship?
● All artwork should be emailed to [email protected] in a .png or jpeg format to accommodate dark/white backgrounds. Payment can be made by check payable to Calvary Baptist School, memo “Benefit Concert Sponsorship” and returned with the Ad/Sponsorship Form to the Finance Office.
● All payments and artwork need to be submitted by Tuesday, April 1, 2025
